Objectives and scope of application
One of the main goals of Iran Chemical Industries Investment Company has been to continuously improve the health status of the company’s employees. Therefore, the company’s health and professional health unit has been created with the aim of improving the level of health and safety of employees, providing medical, emergency, professional and psychological health services, which aims to create suitable conditions in the work environment from two aspects of human factors (conducting examinations medicine, follow-up of diseases, etc.) and environmental factors (examination of pollutants in the work environment and offering suggestions to improve working conditions, etc.) for employees in the complex.
By establishing an integrated management system, improving the occupational health system, reducing environmental pollutants, continuously training employees to increase their knowledge and awareness, and making the work environment safer, this company is taking steps towards achieving the aforementioned goals.

Therefore, the environmental unit of Iran Chemical Industries Investment Company was established as an independent unit in early 2009. This unit is committed to identifying and controlling pollution sources in all its processes, observing environmental standards and relying on the principle of sustainable development, eliminating development and environmental conflicts, and respecting the rights of future generations, and avoiding possible damages.
